PUNJAB AGRICULTURE COLLEGE, LYALLPUR 1906

Punjab Agriculture College and Research Institute was established in 1906 at Lyallpur (West Punjab). After partition in 1947 the Indian side re-established it in Ludhiana which later became Punjab Agriculture University. In 1961 the original college was redesignated as University of Agriculture in Lyallpur. In 1974 Lyallpur became Faisalabad
