Northern Pintail On the Move.
I had a lot of fun photographing a beautiful male Northern Pintail in peak breeding plumage recently. Full downstroke wing position, with the speculum showing perfectly. What a gorgeous duck this is!!
Canon R6 + 500mm f/4 II + 1.4TC III, manual exposure, 1/1250s., f/5.6, ISO 3200.
